Who We Are
Jayme is a business owner and CFO of a fast-paced, growing home service company. Her leadership skills and business knowledge provide her with a great outlook on how to best advise other contractors to achieve their growth goals.
In one year, Jayme helped her home service company double in size, accomplish a fast paced rebrand that resulted in no market share loss.
While scaling her company, she was able to manage Increasing team volume, as well as, role refinement during an incredible pace of productivity.
Her mission? To empower your vision, help you disrupt industries, and build a future where innovation knows no limits.
What We Do
Stephanie started as a marketing director for a home service company of 150 staff members in 2016. After years of service she made the move to help more contractors from an agency perspective.
Throughout her journey in agencies she realized her passion was to be an integral part of a home service company where she joined Jayme’s team.
After working together, and collaborating on marketing strategy, we recognized that our peers were in need of someone who cares as much about their business as we do about ours.
Her mission? To educate clients on standard best practices, building a long lasting marketing strategy and partnering with businesses for growth
